After 15 December, 2009 registered increase in share capital a total of 1,835,020 Nokian Tyres plc’s shares have been subscribed with the 2004C option rights. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc’s Option Programs of 2004.
An increase in share capital relating to 2004C option rights totalling 367,004 euros was entered into the Trade Register on 25 February, 2010.
The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 26 February, 2010.
