After 25 February, 2010 registered increase in share capital a total of 503,420 Nokian Tyres plc’s shares have been subscribed with the 2004C option rights. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc’s Option Programs of 2004.
An increase in share capital relating to 2004C option rights totalling 100,684 Euros was entered into the Trade Register on 20 May, 2010.
