SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS; NOKIAN TYRES PLC
After May 20, 2008 registered increase in share capital a total of 2,550 Nokian Tyres plc’s shares have been subscribed with the 2004B option rights and 1,100 with the option rights 2004C. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc’s Option Programs of 2004.
An increase in share capital totalling 730 euros was entered into the Trade Register on August 20, 2008.
The shares will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares as of August 21, 2008.
