After December 9, 2008 registered increase in share capital a total of 400 Nokian Tyres plc’s shares have been subscribed with the 2004B option rights and 200 shares with 2004C option rights. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc’s Option Programs of 2004.
An increase in share capital totalling 120 euros was entered into the Trade Register on February 25, 2009.
The shares will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges together with the old shares as of February 26, 2009.
