SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS; NOKIAN TYRES PLC
After May 25, 2009 registered increase in share capital a total of 400 Nokian Tyres plc’s shares have been subscribed with the 2004C option rights. These option rights are attached to the Nokian Tyres plc’s Option Programs of 2004.
An increase in share capital totalling 80 euros was entered into the Trade Register on August 20, 2009.
The shares will be traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of August 21, 2009.
